Sultane

FRUCTIFICATION: Bifère with brebas very precocious, very black, lengthened about 60 grams. The autumn fig is more round, bluer, a little smaller, 40 to 45 grams, ripening late at the end of the season.

Panachée

FRUCTIFICATION: Uniferous fruit very spectacular, striped yellow and green.

Ronde de Bordeaux

FRUCTIFICATION: Unifer very early, from August 1st in Provence. Its small fruit (35 to 45 g), very sweet, is able to dry. This variety, however, can produce some figs in some years.

Noire de Caromb

FRUCTIFICATION: Bifère with interesting brebas production, of good size (60 to 70 g). The autumn fig is a little smaller (about 50g).

Madelaine des deux saisons

FRUCTIFICATION: Bifère with very early brebas from 100 to 120 grams. The autumnal fig, more flattened, without collar, is a little smaller from 70 to 80 grams.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE TREE, from 4 to 6 meters in diameter for 2.5 to 4 meters in height according to the importance of the intervention of pruning with a fairly erected port.

FRUCTIFICATION: Bifère which has the peculiarity of producing as many figs as autumn figs. The brebas weighs 100 to 150 grams, the smaller autumn fig, 60 to 80 grams, is more brown and even almost black at the end of the season.

Dauphine
Bourjassotte noire
Longue d'aout 

FRUCTIFICATION: A very elongated, banana-shaped fig tree (90-100 g) and a slightly smaller (60-80 g) smaller fall fig.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE TREE, from 4 to 6 meters in diameter for 2.5 to 4 meters in height according to the importance of the intervention of pruning.

Col de Dame gris

FRUCTIFICATION: Uniferous late-skinned, thick-skinned, excellent taste. Fruit of 50 to 60 grams with dark red flesh. Different from the other Col de Dame only by the color of the epidermis.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE TREE, from 5 to 8 meters in diameter for 3.5 to 5 meters in height according to the importance of the intervention of pruning.

FRUCTIFICATION: Late uniferous. Beginning of maturity mid August in the Valley of Gapeau, Solliès-Pont in the Var, but only 1st week of September in Vaison-la-Romaine in the Vaucluse. End of maturity early November in Provence. Fruit of good size (70 to 80 g).

DEVELOPMENT OF THE TREE very important, from 6 to more than 10 meters in diameter for 3,5 to 6 meters of height according to the importance of the intervention of pruning. Attention: this variety is not suitable for small gardens.
